Ship2Bro provides logistics and shipping services from China to Kuwait, including: air and sea freight, customs clearance, goods inspection, and supplier sourcing services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about goods being shipped, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti import regulations, and paying all applicable fees and duties.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) unless otherwise specified.

Prohibited Items

We do not ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items that violate Kuwaiti import regulations. Electronics may require special handling and certifications.

Limitation of Liability

Ship2Bro is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
